1. Sled Push: Down/Back x 3

2. Log Bench Press: 4x5

3. Burpee Pull Up: 3x5

4. GHD Sit-up: 3x12

5. Kneeling Jump Squat: 4x5

6. Hex Bar Dead Lift: 4x5 (Heavy)
