Lifting Schedule this week.

To accommodate everyone's work schedules, we have two lifting opportunities to improve yourselves. We lift Monday - Thursday during the times listed below. Be on time!
Starting Monday June 21.

Sesson 1: 2pm

Sesson 2: 5:30pm

Strength Training Starts Today!

Be on time for our first summer session!
We will start at 3:30 today, and continue with this same start time Monday - Thursday of this week.

Starting on Monday, June 21st, we will have two opportunities a day to train: 2pm and 5:30pm.
Don't forget passing league tomorrow at 7pm.

New Training Times Set!

We will be adding an extra opportunity to strength train.
Training will start June 14th due to the cancellation of our Missoula football camp.
Be dressed out and ready to train at 3:30 on June 14th!
