Spring Strength and Conditioning

This spring, you have two opportunities a day to improve yourself.
Remember.... any 7th-12th grade Teton County student is welcome!
Training times below:

Monday-Thursday: 7:40-8:40 and 4:15-5:15
Spring Break Training: Mon-Thurs, 8-9am
