Summer Training Times Set!

Bronc Strength Summer Strength and Conditioning will take place two times a day starting June 21st.
Workout start times are.....
  • 2:00pm
  • 5:30pm
Training days are Monday - Thursday.
  • Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday = Lifting
  • Tuesday = Speed Training
Take advantage of these training sessions and IMPROVE yourself this summer!

Summer Strength and Conditioning

Weightlifting will resume on June 7th. We will continue the lifting program throughout the summer free of charge! At the conclusion of school we continue the lifting program until August 16th.
We will lift Monday-Thursday, time to be announced. Check back in a week.
