Athletes Battle the "Tunnel of Death!"




We have slightly increased our intensity from Monday's session. Hopefully this workout wasn't too hard, I promise the difficulty will increase. Stick with it! Keep showing up, and in two weeks you will be ready for more intense training.

Sore Yet?




Soreness sets in usually one to two days after a workout. Below are some ways to battle through it.....
  • Drink Water: Drink lots of water all day long, this helps flush damaged cells.
  • Warm up and stretch: Never stretch cold.
  • Eat lean protein: Help repair you body.
Speed training today. Be on time! We start at 3:15.
