Sore Yet?




Soreness sets in usually one to two days after a workout. Below are some ways to battle through it.....
  • Drink Water: Drink lots of water all day long, this helps flush damaged cells.
  • Warm up and stretch: Never stretch cold.
  • Eat lean protein: Help repair you body.
Speed training today. Be on time! We start at 3:15.
