Today's Workout: "Hay Maker"

Welcome back! Here is a preview of today's session. We will continue the strength phase of our training for the next 3 weeks and then will be moving into the power endurance portion of our winter training program.

"Hay Maker"

1. Plank Dumbell Row: 4x6

2. Sled Press/Push: Down/Back x 3

3. High Pull: 4x5

4. Heavy Sandbag Get-up: 3x10 (5 ea. shoulder)

5. Dumbell Incline Press: 4x6

6. Bronc Special: 3x10
