Fall Strength and Conditioning

You have two options to train this fall.  We have our Zero hour training from:
7:40-8:40 Monday-Thursday at the High School.

We also have an after school training time from:
 4:15-5:15 Monday-Thursday at the High School.

Take advantage of these training times to improve yourself!
