JHHS Students,
This summer we will offer three FREE training sessions, Monday - Thursday, starting June 15th.
We will also offer a girls only training session for the first time this summer.
Session 1: 7:30am-8:30am (All Athletes)
Session 2: 4:15pm - 5:15pm (All Athletes)
Session 3: 5:15pm - 6:15pm (Female Athletes Only)
All sessions are at the high school weight room. Any Teton County student entering grades 7-12 is welcome to attend.

Summer Strength and Conditioning Times
Teton County Students,
Any 7-12 Teton County student that wants to better themselves for their sport or get in shape is welcome to attend Bronc Strength this summer! We begin our summer training June 16th with two times to train daily.
We will continue to offer training sessions all summer long!
See times below:
7:30-8:30 = Mon-Thurs
4:15-5:15 = Mon-Thurs

Fall Strength and Conditioning
You have two options to train this fall. We have our Zero hour training from:
7:40-8:40 Monday-Thursday at the High School.
We also have an after school training time from:
4:15-5:15 Monday-Thursday at the High School.
